Okotoks had a 90% sales-to-new-listings ratio and near-record low inventory. Airdrie ($487,200) and Cochrane ($492,900) are still below their 2022 peaks.
Buyers priced out of detached homes are turning to row homes and condos. Row prices set a new high, and apartment prices rose over 11% year over year.
