The plan. Glacier Ridge is a master-planned community by Anthem in partnership with Ronmor, north of 144 Avenue NW next to Nolan Hill. Ronmor describes about 950 acres with more than 4,100 single-family homes plus multi-family and commercial sites. Anthem lists about 10 km of trails through coulees and the West Nose Creek valley and a residents’ amenity building.
